Midwest Discount Knives ships via UPS ground.
The on-line store calculates shipping and handling charges based on information it takes directly from UPS so the shipping charge will depend on the weight of the products you order.
We do not accept international orders.
Returns
To bring you the lowest prices we can we will accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that includes all the original packaging with no questions asked for up to 15 days after the invoice date. We cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete (original packaging and included documents.) Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We can help you get a replacement for a defective product during the first 30 days after invoice date. After that, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for warranty action.
